Steel work
Consisted of 12 support columns and 10 lengths of crane track giving a total gantry run of 33 meters with a 1mtr canter lever at each end of gantry. The tracks and columns were finished in one coat grey primer and installed onto foundations previously supplied by us.

Conductor System
The bus bar system that feeds the crane was 33 meters long and come complete with mounting brackets and collectors. The system is a new four bar finger proof one.

Warranty Method This crane was reconditioned and serviced prior to despatch.

Complications/
Solutions After initially installing the steelwork the customer decided that they wanted the tracks raising by approximately 500mm. This put the project back 2 weeks but was still successfully installed
